The purpose of therapy? To learn to discover yourself, to understand yourself, to listen to yourself, to know yourself. Also you will learn to come out of fantasy to be in reality. That way, you can in the best manner possible, answer to your desires and needs identified during therapy. The patient is still active. And it is because it is active, that it evolves and frees itself.

 Who is therapy for? 

For children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

For children, therapy provides a safe space to explore and express their emotions, often through nonverbal means such as play, art, or storytelling. This allows them to understand and manage their feelings, while building their self-esteem and social skills.

Adolescents may benefit from therapy as they navigate the complexities of adolescence, dealing with academic pressures, behavioral problems, family conflicts, or challenges related to identity and the transition to adulthood. Therapy provides a confidential space to explore these issues, strengthen stress management skills, and develop coping strategies that are healthy.

As for adults, therapy provides a valuable opportunity to explore patterns of thought and behavior that may be hindering their emotional well-being. Whether managing stress, anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship difficulties, therapy provides professional support to promote personal growth and positive change.

Family therapy recognizes that family interactions can profoundly influence the individual well-being of each member. It provides a safe space to address family dynamics, resolve conflicts, strengthen bonds, and develop more effective communication and problem-solving strategies.

Convinced of the need to adapt methods to patients, I suggest adapting your therapies with different approaches, all three complementary:

    • Psychotherapy, healing trauma by freeing speech
    • Art Therapy, facilitating the identification and healing of trauma through artistic expression
    • Psychogenealogy, understanding family patterns, conscious and unconscious
